1. Subscriptions
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No further charges apply after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility

| Cancel within 7 days of first payment (new subscriber) | Full refund |
| Cancel after 7 days | No refund (access until period end) |
| Platform downtime >4 hours due to our fault | Pro-rata credit |
| Duplicate/accidental charge | Full refund within 5-7 business days |
| Unauthorized transaction | Full refund after investigation |
2. Individual Story Purchases
Story purchases are generally non-refundable once the story content has been accessed. Refunds are considered for:
- Technical errors preventing access to purchased content
- Duplicate accidental purchases of the same story
- Billing errors (wrong amount charged)
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after reading.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@readit.bond with your registered email and transaction ID
- We acknowledge within 48 hours
- Decision within 5 business days
- Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days (via Razorpay)
