1. About Readit

Readit is an online story reading platform owned and operated by Nox Infotech (GSTIN: 32AWBPH9985J2Z3), based in Kollam, Kerala, India. We provide access to curated short stories, novellas, and literary works from Indian and international authors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Readit
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

3.1 Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscription plans give you access to all stories included in your plan tier. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

3.2 Individual Story Purchases

Purchasing a story grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read that story. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute purchased stories.

3.3 Pricing

Individual stories are priced between ₹99 and ₹199. Subscriptions are ₹99–₹349/month. All prices include applicable GST.

3.4 Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Payments Pvt. Ltd. We do not store payment card information.

4. Intellectual Property

All story content on Readit is either owned by Nox Infotech, licensed from authors, or in the public domain. You may not copy, reproduce, transmit, or distribute any story content without written permission. Your personal reading notes and bookmarks remain your property.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Scraping or bulk-downloading story content
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorisation
• Attempting to circumvent payment gates or access controls
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to hack the platform

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to subscription content ends immediately; purchased story licences remain valid.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Nox Infotech's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kollam, Kerala, India.
